In order to pass strict noise level and emission laws manufacturers are forced to build in restrictions to their motorcycles. The most common forms of restriction are the exhaust and air intake system. By removing these restrictions using parts such as aftermarket exhausts and air filters it is possible to liberate that extra potential power from your machine. Power increases are typically 2-20 horsepower, with remarkably improved rideability throughout the rev range.
Once the parts are fitted we can use our dyno, in the same way as the factory and set up the engine to run efficiently. This will enable your engine to produce maximum power.
Dyno runs are performed before and after the parts are fitted so you can directly compare to visibly see the improvements.
All data is saved for future reference. Each time you return we can compare against an older reading keep track of how it stands the test of time.
With 18 years racing experience behind us, we know what it takes to win - POWER.
We are well used to extracting the most power out of our own race teams' bikes and will do the same for you. We use the latest DYNOJET 200 machine which has a brake so 2 strokes are not a problem.
We also combine a CO meter with the Dyno to check the carburetion right through the rev range. The carburetion should be adjusted if the motorcycle has been modified from the factory settings, if kit parts have been fitted or if the engine has been tuned.
We have worked on a vast array of bikes from Ducati 998's to Honda RS 125's. The most power measured so far was from Len Padgetts European championship winning drag bike.
