Got a Suzuki? Need the ignition re-mapping after fitting that pipe. We can do it.
The Yosh box allows us to change the fuel mapping at four points:
1. Slow speed idle/cruise.
2. Low RPM acceleration.
3. Medium RPM acceleration.
4. High RPM acceleration.
Acceleration circuit adjustments are made with a five-position switch and an additional potentiometer fine-tunes the slow speed circuit. Fuel metering ranges from -10% injector duration to +10% injector duration, in increments of 5%.
The Yosh Box does not alter the sensor input to "trick" the ECU into thinking that the air density or temperature requires a richer mixture.The tool reprograms the mapping encoded on the ECU's Eprom chip to adjust injector pulse duration.
The input sensor will still function properly at all elevations and in different weather conditions.
The result of this is accurate fuel injection, which leads to more power.
